In Apache 1.3.22, I received the following results when I entered in a
search criteria:

Netscape is unable to find the file or directory named
/cgi-bin/htsearch.

>From what I could tell, commonhttpd.conf has all the settings applied
to allow htsearch to be found in the cgi-bin.  Also, the permissions
for the directories are chmod 755.
