I agree with everything you have written. I started off about six months ago with JOBTRAC V11 SP1 and was unsuccessful. I then tried again with JOBTRAC V11 SP3 and was more successful because we were able to run a full daily cycle. Also I was able to do a full recovery of the JOBTRAC(Datacom) Databases after a data corruption. This product is not quite ready to be implemented into our production region because, I still had to put over 50 PTF fixes above the SP3 level, and this is still growing.
