I think technology wise both are almost on the same boat, but quality wise
Intel has unmatched reputation.
I personally suggest you to go to http://www.tomshardware.com site to know
more about Intel vs Amd.Other sites are

I think defferent factors should be
1. Price 2. Performance (PP)
