Latin neuter nouns end in -um, the plurals in -a. Thus:
stadium, stadia
medium, media
forum, fora

Latin feminine nouns end in -a, the plurals in -ae. Thus:
formula, formulae
Roman female names: Claudia, Julia

Latin masculine nouns end in -us, the plurals in -um. Thus
All male Roman names you can think of: Claudius, Julius, Brutus
