Hi Casey, Real Player from Real Networks works similar to Windows Media Player, except that, in addition to Windows Media files, it plays its own Real audio/video files. JAWS Help has a link for Real Player under Popular Applications section. I, too, recommend using Winamp. Cheers, Joseph
