Hi Kathy, this means if you are using a W-10 computer, you need to update all the Freedom Scientific products on it before April eleventh. The new creators update will start installing on all W-10 computers starting on the eleventh. So Jaws 18, is already updated for this Creators update as of the February update to Jaws. But if you have Jaws 16 or Jaws 17 installed on your W-10 computer, they must be updated before the Creators update to work correctly on your machine.
