Vicki, I am not sure about the differences. I have one for $100 year that includes all of the programs found in the original Office Suite Pro.
ANYONE can share the 5 copies. I have two in my office, both daughter-in-law's here in Phoenix have a copy & one of my employees in Tucson have one.
