hello there;
try the following;

1, go to desktop windows-key+m
2, press the keystroke,
ctrl+spacebar to unselect all icons,
3, press applications key,
down arrow until you hear,
new sub-menu,
right arrow to open,
4, down arrow enter on shortcut,
5, now type in the following;
or simply copy and paste,
%windir%\System32\SndVol.exe -f
6, tab until you hear next press enter,
you will now see,
SndVol.exe
you can keep this name, or, change it to volume, now tab to finish.
you will now see the shortcut to volume on desktop.
hope this helps.

If you use a third party program like sound volume view or power mixer then
it is possible.

Is it possible to create a shortcut key/key combination to control the
volume of jaws without having to open the systray then the speakers then the
volume?

Thanks,
Kimber
