OK I give up, Casper must be lurking around here some place. Since the thing didn't work on a hot swap which BTW it has in the past I did a cold boot and will wonders never quit it works again.
Granted it is still on this tower and the problem started when I tried using it on a lap top I am in the middle of upgrading to windows 10. I wanted to get further along in the process before pulling down an ILM key when I am ready to image it. I need to follow up on my resolution for this year to drink more. So far not so much but if I keep working with computers you never know.
