I just tried it.  I het alt enter, then alt k for shortcut.  I hit the
letter j, then alt a for apply.   Here is what I got.
 Access denied.  I have to provide administrative access before I can do
that.
 I hit the continue button and this is what I got.
 "C:\Program Files\Freedom Scientific\JAWS\16.0\jfw.exe"
So, how do I get past administrative access; as far as I know, I'm the
administrator.

You'll probably need to contact Microsoft support instead of Freedom
Scientific, because this sounds like a Windows problem, not a JAWS one.
