I am using W10 and have never had any issue setting up any shortcut key for any application. Not sure what the issue is with other people's pc. I have a little vision and use Jaws and Soomtext at the same time and I can see my steps always have worked for me. This must be a problem unique to Windows 10 because I've never had a problem setting a shortcut key for an application, including setting alt + control + shift + J for JAWS. I'm using 32 bit Windows 7 Home Premium. Cheers!
