Sure, you can use Windows Explorer, which in my opinion is more
effective than using the favorites manager in Internet Explorer.
To get to your favourites, tab over to the folders pane in Windows
explorer, The entry below libraries is usualy you user account, if you
expand it, one of the sub folders will be called favorites, click or
press enter on it and the files pane will now show your favorite.
You can now create folders and move your favorites into them. You can
also easily rename and delete them.

I tested Favorites by "clicking" on Organize Favorites near the top of the
Favorites list. I selected New Folder and it appeared at the end of the
list. Then I hit the letter n a few times to get me to the new folder, hit
the Applications key and selected sort by name. My new list nestled right in
the N's..I think that when you sort one folder, all in the main level sort.
To sort fubdirectories within a main directory just repeat the sort process.
I haven't had any alphabetizing issues in years.

name, the favorites are listed alphabetically, just the way I want them.
However, when I bring up internet Explorer 11, the favorites are not
listed alphabetically. Instead, as I noted before, they are listed
chronologically, according to when I added them to my favorites list.
I'm puzzled as to how to get the favorites list under c users to be
reflected in IE 11 itself, when I bring it up.

Here's what I do in Windows 7....
I go to my favorites folder, located in C:\users\[MyUserName] and when
the folder list is being displayed:
View menu
O for organize
Arrow to name
press enter.
If it reverses them, then do a view/organize/name once again to flip.

Hello.
Can someone tell me how to get my Internet favorites arranged
alphabetically in Internet Explorer 11?
Currently, my favorites are not listed alphabetically. Instead, they
appear to be listed chronologically according to when I added the web
sites to my favorites list, with the most recently-added favorites
appearing at the bottom of the list.
