I must have been doing something wrong, I no longer see the error. Also I have figure out that I must set the
jde-run-working-directory to be running/debugging from a specific directory. Now I am having problems with the switching of windows between compilation buffer and the source buffer. When I start the debugger I am immediately thrown in a source file (different than the one I started from, although it is a parent/parent class (grandfather class) of the one I am working with). From there I have to open another window to go into the compilation buffer and type next, C-c C-a C-s doesn't seem to work for some reason when I am in this other class. Thanks, -frankie
