Hi, I have few questions about smart quotes feature and LibreOffice 4.2
There are strings in pootle to localize smart quotes, see double [1] and single [2] in Pootle. So, if I localize these strings to use « (and ») for double quotes, will they work in document writing? or it's just used for setting's menu. I want to customize Catalan quotes (double and single) and enable them by default. How can be this be achieved?
