I've seen small cookie pillows on eBay at times. But why not just make one the size you want? Some stiff cardboard, fiberfill, and fabric plus some glue would do it. Or carve the shape from a small piece of foam and cover it. Check your craft shop and stationery store for tiny pins (sequin pins, perhaps). Carve your bobbins from toothpicks or wooden matches (unless you wish to pay the price of the miniature turned ones that can be found on eBay.)
