Glenna,

I do not understand where you are, nor where you are getting "User ID" from.

Let me start again please and forgive the step by step explanation.

Click the Search tab at the top of the main (opening) screen then click Find.
You will arrive at the Search Screen with 3 tabs, Search by Example, Detailed
Search and Miscellaneous Searches. Click the Detailed Search Tab.

There is a table at the top of which is "Primary Condition" You only need to
complete the top row of boxes as I stated before Viz:

Look for whom: Individual
 Where to look: Individual RIN
How to look: Your choice from the options available
What to look for: Enter what you wish

My apologies for not adding the next 2 steps before:

Check that the radio button at the bottom left is set to "Clear list before
this search"
Click create list.

This takes you to a screen with all the RINs requested.

eg if you require a list of all individuals with RINs greater than 100 then set
the above conditions as:

How to look: Greater than
What to look for: enter "100" (no inverted commas)

I hope this clarifies.

Ron Ferguson
