I'm so glad y'all are boning up on uses for the Name List. It really is
... terribly useful.

Ok, I just realized you don't even have to click the Select button.
You can just go to the Edit tab on the right side - all lists,
including any Search list, but not the Index. However, from the Index,
you can easily click on the Name list, the same individual
highlighted, and edit from there.

You certainly don't have to write down the RIN and cycle around to
their information screen. With the person highlighted, just click on
select and you're there.
Speaking of the RIN, I never use that number (nor the MRIN) and don't
understand why any of you use it.

I also have the Deluxe and what I'm talking about is not available
in v.6. You cannot edit people directly from any of the Master
Lists. Can you?

If I understand what you are doing, I have been doing that in V6

My favorite, not having seen the software, only the list, is the
better
navigation. It is now possible to edit people directly from the
Master
Lists, rather than having to write down their RIN's and cycle back
around to reach the Information boxes. I've been waiting for this
for a
looooong time. I could live with just that added to Version 6.
