Hi Dave - I enter the cemetery information in the burial address. Not sure how/what you are trying to search for but....
I enter the cemetery name as Cemetery KY:Crown Hill Cemetery If I click on address list (button on the right side) then I get a list of all of the cemeteries sorted by state and then name. (I also have churches for marriages and hospitals for births etc) I can then click on show list which lists all of the people using that address. I use the burial address "notes" for anything I want to remember about the cemetery.... office hours, staff people I found helpful, etc that I want to keep but won't print in reports. Don't know if I will ever be able to move all of them to the events, very big job. I'm frustrated trying to determine where to document cemetery information. I've begun putting the Cemetery information in the Burial Address field. However, I cannot find a way to search using the Burial Address field. If I put the Cemetery in the Burial Place field, that screws up the Master Location List. I'd like to be advised by those long time users of Legacy how they think the best way is to document the Cemetery where someone is buried. I am using Legacy 7.0.0.90.
