Legacy v7.5 is actually an upgrade to v7 so you should have only that version on your computer.
Go to Start menu > All Programs and use the uninstall in the Legacy folder there. You should have a folder. If it's not there, then Legacy has already been uninstalled, although the uninstall does retain the c;\Legacy folder to protect your data. There's also an uninstall option in the c:\Legacy folder on your hard drive, as long as Legacy hasn't already been uninstalled.
