My computer crashed and Dell put in a new hard drive and motherboard so I had to reload everything. I was able to download version 7.5 but I needed a password to do that. Then I needed my customer number to open the Deluxe version.
I also purchased the Deluxe version of 8. I could not download it from the Internet so had to load my original disk. But there have been MANY updates since it was first offered. I can not get the updates to load. And I've tried 4 times.
