Subject: Re: [LegacyUG] Legacy User Group Mail List vs Facebook User Group

The disadvantages outweigh the advantages. FB is predominately a social
network. I and many others prefer not to join FB. The mail forum is strictly
info and assistance. Those of us who do not belong to both are missing many
good posts.

Thank you Michelle for your response. I understand that questions will
be answered either here or there, but my concern is that people on only
one format will not see all the questions. Quite often someone else's
question and answer can be very informative to others. I do not see the
advantage nor the need for a forum in two places. I wonder how other
members feel about that.

The advantage of 2 forums us that that those who WILL NOT use FB have the
mailing list option and vice versa.

Admittedly, I do not get to see ALL questions or answered, but if there was
only the FB group I would not see any!
