linux-cert members,

FYI, I thought this might be of interest to you folks... it's a list
forming to help Linux authors stay in touch - and hopefully provide a
means for publishers to more easily find people who can write Linux
books...

FYI, Michael Hammel, author of "The Artist's Guide to the GIMP" had a
"Birds of a Feather" session at the 1999 Atlanta Linux Showcase to
gather together people who were either authoring or publishing books...
he's now continuing this interaction on into a mailing list.
If you - or others you know - are interested in staying in touch
with other current or potential Linux authors and publishers,
the subscription information is below.

Regards,
Dan

Dan York and Linuxcare have set up a mailing list for the Linux Writers and
Publishers BOF. We can now annoy one another in a convenient, electronic
form on a regular basis. Aint life grand? :-)

Relevent subscribtion and use information is below. If you have problems,
let me know. When I set up the BOF for LinuxWorld I'll also post this mailing
list info (if possible). I'll also try to post the information on my web
site (eventually - if I can find a few spare cyclces).

BTW - please forward this information to any writers you know. I only have
the addresses for a couple of them.
