LPI list members, It gives me great pleasure to announce that John Scroggins ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) will be coordinating the LPI presence at Oracle OpenWorld99 November 15-18 in Los Angeles, California. John is a consultant living right near the LA convention center and has agreed to be our primary contact and booth organizer. Thanks are also due to Helen Boyle and Keith Pearson who have stepped forward and said they could help with the booth, and to Ray Ferrari who is trying to see if he will be able to get there. Our presence there will be a stand within Oracle's large booth, presumably in the area where they will be talking about their Linux solutions. Volunteers will be passing out our literature and answering questions people might have about LPI certification.
