It should be doable, but there are probably painful corner cases to deal
with (broken arrays that can't be assembled, broken LVM VGs, ...)

I'm just looking for some feedback to gauge interest. I'll have to
implement that anyway, but I can do it in setup-storage or standalone; I
think it's a good fit for setup-storage, though.
