Let me think about what to put in such an appeal. I also think this does not have to have a single thrust. I favor a multi pronged approach. We should look for support wherever we can find it. We need some formal response from the FlEAA and or the EAA before we can pursue these ideas. I am new, and am not sure how the organization responds to, and handles ideas like this one.
