Rolf, it would be much cheaper if you build them yourself.

I have used these parts:

Mobo: https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/J1900IC/

Chassi: http://www.chieftec.eu/en/chassis/itx/compact-series/ix-03b.html

Price together around EUR200, no big problems to fit. I've used these for more 
than a year, and they're silent(no fan) and reliable. Actually seldom turn them 
off. Use to have uptime of 2 months or so...
