Racoon, does the above make the problem go away? It would be nice to know, just make sure that this is the problem. Also, after a Spider Oak sync, can you check the properties of the .lyx file. Do they change, compared to before a Spider Oak sync? Are you sure that the .lyx file before/after a Spider Oak sync is identical? How did you check? Scott
