Hello, is there any chance to get the following. In the text cited e.g., Balibar et al. (1992)
and in the bibliography: Balibar, E. and Wallerstein, I.(1992). The nation form. London. instead of BALIBAR, ETIENNE and WALLERSTEIN, IMMANUEL ... the other thing is, it would be nice to get something which includes URL in the bibliography. And the best would be if all that is in a german style. Thanks. Rubén
