Hi, This problem occurs when there are layers in the map with Show In Legend = false. It tries to hide the layers in the legend but fails when there's nothing to hide.
A patch for Web\www\fusion\widgets\Legend.js is attached. After applying the change, I rebuilt fusionSF-compressed.js using the tools and instructions from here: https://trac.osgeo.org/mapguide/wiki/Release/3.1.2/Notes#Fusionbuildtools The generated file looks right to me, so it seems like those scripts still work for this version.
