Hey Christina, To chime in here, I think it really depends on what Mailchimp isn't doing for you right now and what your overall landscape looks like. I think Campaign Monitor is a great choice if you have a healthy budget and Salesforce integration is important to you but it does lack some of the most advanced automation features that you would get from an enterprise type system. We are working on Mautic but I think it still needs 6-9 months before it's mature enough for a casual user. The UI is good but we are still working through a lot of bugs.
