Fortunately, everything did go well this time. The MSX Player can now be downloaded at Egg's homepage (http://www.soft-city.com/egg/). Actually, the contents of Egg's homepage changed today. It now includes some information which I thought might interest the MSX community: ---Snip We are sorry to have kept you waiting. We will now start the distribution of MSX software. 5th sales lineup (May 17): - Shiro to kuro no densetsu -hyakki hen MSX (The legend of white and black - scandalous version) We have included the music tape that shipped with this software as mp3 file. - Laydock MSX2 When Laydock was first sold, the title screen was included on a cassette tape, because the game disk was already full. This time, we have included the title screen in the software package. (When Laydock was sold at the Takeru, the title screen was missing). - Fray MSX2+ (??) Acknowledged to be a masterpiece by all MSX users - Relics MSX The beta-test version will be distributed for free to all Soft-City members (Soft-City is the organization Egg is part of). 6th sales PLANNED lineup (June 1st) - Hydelide MSX - Hydelide MSX2 A famous production supported by many users even today. Please enjoy the different graphics of both versions. We are planning to sell these games as a bargain set for a limited period of time. - Akanbe Dragon MSX2 A piece of software which led the way for present simulation systems. - Eggy MSX Finally! - Relics MSX2 Relics which employed kanji (Chinese characters) for its conversation messages. ---Snip I personally think this whole development is rather interesting. I am curiously waiting what the near future will bring. Regards, Bernard Lamers [EMAIL PROTECTED] -- For info, see http://www.stack.nl/~wynke/MSX/listinfo.html
