That piece of text on fms.komkon.org is old and outdated. A lot of
discussions have
taken place after marat posted that text. So you don't know what the
situation is right now.
Second, ASCII is not the one to sue, blame, accuse, etc. Coz ASCII has
nothing to do with the MSX revival anymore. It's owned by the MSX
association.

Your post does not make sense.
