Wasn't there when they implemented it. But they did purchase the support for
it, initially. When I got there, they did still have the support, but it was
very easy to setup and use.

Case in point: They were wanting to find out if it was possible to 'attach'
MS-Word Documents to a record. I did the research and found that you can
attach any type of document or graphic to an existing record or client
record. I like to take pic's, with customer approval, of a worksite and
wanted to put those pic's with the client record. The way it worked was to
create a folder on the server, naming something like 'Client Pictures',
storing the pictures in that folder and then going into Tiger CRM, opening
the client record and creating a 'link' to the image in question. You can't
link a folder, but only specific pictures. You also had to make sure that
you did not delete the picture in the folder as this does not update the
link in Tiger. You have to remove the link in Tiger, first, then delete the
picture. Same thing holds true for documents and PDF files, as well.

Once I showed them how to do this for the client record, and how we can now
link the scanned customer contracts directly to Tiger, they started to scan
all of the client paperwork to the Tiger. Made our job easier, as we could
now look up what was covered under the contract and what wasn't.
