Montezuma National Wildlife Refuge (MNWR) and Montezuma Wetlands Complex (MWC)

     6/22: 4 CERULEAN WARBLERS were found at Howland Island.

     6/24: 2 CERULEAN WARBLERS were found in the forested area of armitage Road.

     6/26: 1 PROTHONOTARY WARBLER was seen on Armitage Road.







Cayuga County

------------




     6/23: A RED-SHOULDERED HAWK was found on Short Cut Road south of Fair 
Haven.

     6/24: 2 RED-HEADED WOODPECKERS were seen at Fair Haven State Park. An 
ACADIAN FLYCATCHER was again heard at Sterling Nature Center.







Oswego County

------------




     6/22: A RED-HEADED WOODPECKER continues at Derby Hill.

     6/24: A LEAST BITTERN was found near Wheeler Road in West Monroe. 2 
RED-SHOULDERED HAWKS were found on Churchill Road in Happy Valley Wildlife Area.







Onondaga County

------------




     6/21: An ORCHARD ORIOLE continues in the upper part if Grean Lakes State 
Park.

     6/22: A LEAST BITTERN was seen at Hamlin Marsh in the Town of Clay. It was 
found again on 6/25. A GRASSHOPPER SPARROW was found at Cedar Bay park in 
Fayetteville.

     6/23: 2 RUDDY DUCKS were seen on Onondaga Lake at the Marshy Spits area on 
the west shore.







Madison County

------------




      6/21: 3 RED CROSSBILLS were found in the Earlville State Forest. An 
ORCHARD ORIOLE was seen on Ditchbank Road north of Canastota.







Oneida County

------------




     6/21: An ORCHARD ORIOLE and a GRASSHOPPER SPARROW were found at Griffis 
Tech Park in Rome.

     6/25: 2 RED-HEADED WOODPECKERS were again found at Verona Beach State 
Park. 2 RED-SHOULDERED HAWKS were seen near maple Flats Road in Cleveland.

     6/26: A SWAINSON’S THRUSH was found on Buck Hill Road north of Rome.







Herkimer County

     6/20: A RED CROSSBILL was seen near Rondaxe Lake north of Old Forge.

     6/22: A GRASSHOPPER SPARROW was seen on Peckville Road north of Dolgeville.

     6/23: A SWAINSON’S THRUSH was found on Twitchill Inn Road north of Eagle
