Alain,

  I have a suggestion: If you got my Download-Manager (make sure you 
have the newest version from my web site) to run on your server Mac, 
you could set up a folder where summaries would be posted. Then you 
could put a modified version of the DL manager into your startup 
items folder (or wherever) that would automatically generate index 
files listing all these summaries. This way, anyone who feels like 
posting a summary could just upload it to that folder, and it would 
automatically be added to the index file. The home page would link to 
that file and everything's accessible.

  Of course, we'd still have to write it, but the hurdle to get over 
would be smaller.
