If it would be required, I'm willing to do the rebasing Spen is talking 
about (merging changes that do nothing more than change comments or 
filenames or such minor things) - I'll make sure the end result is 
bit-to-bit the same as previous one so nothing should break (;

I also would like to have SWD in OpenOCD - this interface is getting 
more and more popular while OpenOCD is staying behind );

All I need is two confirmations - one from Tomek that he'd be okay with 
me doing the rebase, another one from Spen whether he really would like 
to see these things rebased/merged/squashed/...
