Christian,
Thanks for the NSLU2 packages I will give it a try in the next couple of days.
Can't wait to try and place a new scale on my rrdtool graphs....its what the
rrdtool guy's have been asking for ages...different scales, multiple scales,
scales on RHS etc etc..

Will your package install try to load bzip2 as one of its prerequisites ? I
did try and load the standard package for imagmagick a few days ago however as
I have installed busybox-links it just bombed out as it wanted to load bzcat
(which I assume was apart of bzip2) which was already installed via
busybox-links...

cheers

The NSLU2 package are uploaded to http://owfs.sourceforge.net/nslu2/packages/
 now.

  freetype_2.1.10-5_armeb.ipk
  imagemagick_6.3.5-6-1_armeb.ipk

  ghostscript_8.50-2_armeb.ipk

  ghostscript fonts should be downloaded:

http://ftp.debian.org/debian/pool/main/g/gsfonts/gsfonts_8.14+v8.11+urw.orig.tar.gz

  and unpacked at /usr/share/ghostscript/fonts/

(I haven't created any package for this yet)

Beta-packages of freetype, ghostscript, gsfonts, imagemagick for openwrt
(whiterussian RC5 or 0.9) are available at:

  http://owfs.sourceforge.net/openwrt/packages/

Note that they are BIG and installed at path /opt which you probably want to
redirect to a USB memory-stick like:

  # mkdir /mnt/disc0_1/opt

  # ln -s /mnt/disc0_1/opt /opt

The packages will never fit in the normal flash-memory in Linksys-routers.
This means they are only useful for Asus routers (and others) with usb ports
and an extra memory-stick.

I have a working version for NSLU2 too, but I will change them some more
before I upload the packages.

  /Christian

I tried the packages for NSLU2, but they were not working very good.

However, I managed to compile freetype, ghostscript, imagemagick and gsfonts
for openwrt now, so it's possible to generate images on Asus wl500gd with extra
memory-stick at least. Only flash is not possible.

All packages are installed at /opt which should be a softlink to
/mnt/disc0_1/ where the memorystick is mounted. All packages are about 30Mb on
the memory-stick, and I guess you need 32Mb RAM as well to run ghostscript and
imagemagick .

I will create some new NSLU2 packages too so it works for those users too.

  # du /opt/
