I have not used RTDs personally, but I have used similar devices for
other things.  You need a fairly accurate bridge amplifier with low
drift.  To use one of these with 1wire you should build the amplifier
module and use that to drive one of the analogue to digital converters
(e.g. ds2450)  You will need a separate power supply to drive the amplifier.
