You cannot connect an RTD sensor to two amplifiers. I would believe the easiest way to connect an RTD to 1 wire is using a RTD transmitter (see ebay). They are about $20.00 and run from 12-24VDC & provide 4-20ma signal proportional to the tempertaure. Placing a 250ohm resistor in series with the output 4-20ma will provide 1-5VDC to feed into the DS2450.
