AppHarbor is super interesting BTW. I'm personally less and less of a fan of
Azure's packaging and hosting model. Having lived with it for the last 3
years I think I can safely say I'm 'over it'. The git push approach of
AppHarbor combined with it's unit testing feature is just too good to pass
up. AppHarbor for sites and then for more complicated stuff you need to go
with Amazon EC2 images (the Azure VM role is another example of Microsoft
over-cooking a feature).

Hopefully Azure, with it's new executive leadership, might become a bit more
pragmatic and little less religious in it's approach.
