Ok, this would, somehow, solve the panic's? How would that be? My understanding (meagre though it may be) is that the panic is happening with code that HAS been included, not with code that it can't find to include.
Getting rid of the "can't find utf8" thing is simple, but a compiled 5.8.0 and 5.8.1 reliably reproduced the " panic: swash_fetch", of which Google has very little to say about.
