Are you positive the seller isn't denying your payment? I.E. Not accepting it? Some people will not do international shipping (on ebay) and so have PayPal automatically set to deny payment from certain countries (well, most countries outside the US). You should double-check that with the enabler.
Marnie, enabler gave me their e-mail address which is registered with PayPal and explicitly agreed to make a deal with me. The problem occured when I hit "confirm" button in order to complete PayPal transaction...
