Using Adobe Acrobat Professional, load your PDF then export it to HTML
from there (I think its in the "Save As..." menu option, or maybe in the
Export menu, I forget).
Once you have the HTML, just point Plucker to it to convert it.
This works only if the pdf really contains text. If the text is saved as
pictures you have no chance.
