There is an open-source program called pdf2html that you can use if you haven't got adobe professional.
The problem with pdf2html, is that it really produces unworkable output. Bleck. I'd rather cut and paste with xpdf than use it. YMMV, of course, but I've never had good luck with it.
You could also roll some perl, python or other glue around the various pdf output tools and come up with something...
