Changes:
- Fixed bug that caused images to sometimes not show for Pandora
stations.
- When playing a Pandora station, set taskbar icon caption to the name
of the station, rather than the name of the current track.
- When playing a Pandora station, show name of station in caption of
Materials Skin mini-browser.
