He advised that the College is a training institution and resource center for the whole region. Its funds are spent on absolute necessities as reference books and teaching materials. Their Library is lacking and Andrzej appealed for used books for light reading, classics, etc. (He also will accept money, purchase books, acknowledge purchase, and advise of titles).
