Have you tried:

2!:5 'HOME'

and

2!:5 'HOMEPATH'

One or both of those may give you an idea what your HOME environment location 
is.

I had to manually install gnuplot using the instructions in JHS 
link->jhelp->gnuplot:

Windows gnuplot install:
Follow www.gnuplot.info download links, download gp444win32.zip, and unzip in 
your home folder.
