HI Jim, have just been there and done that. The link to paypal is on the left of the screen above the column of
8 links in blue boxes. The first link says : "Quanta Home"? In firefox it appears as an animation that cycles through "buy now" , "Quanta" , "Renew your subscription" and site to the left of the text "Download Nomination Forms ...." There is nothing on the site to tell you of your subscription status. I checked mine by asking John Gilpin by email.
