Another quick update :

I give another try to copy QL2K program outside regular places like "Program
Files" or "Program Files (x86)"
(in eg : C:\Jadiam.org\QL2K )

And I just have to verify file rights and I haven't got to use
Administrative Rights anymore.

Please be sure that you got windows sound drivers installed properly.
