Tomato, Beef and Rice Casserole 6 servings 1 lb. ground beef 3 c. chopped canned tomatoes with liquid 1 med. Green pepper, chopped 1 c. uncooked long grain rice 1 large onion, chopped 1 t. chili powder 1/2 t. salt 1/4 t. pepper
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Place in a greased 2-quart casserole. Bake, covered, at 400 for 1 1/2 hours stirring once or twice.
